Saturday 11th July, 2pm - 3.30pm:
Work on strengthening key muscles to enhance a stronger running performance & explore how yoga can dramatically improve muscle recovery rate as well as physical & mental stamina. We'll touch on common running injuries & explore how yoga can help to stay injury free - bring a tennis ball & expect to get hands on as we identify how they can be a runner's best friend for fascial tension release.
The class will run from 2pm to 3.30pm live on Zoom.
