
Yoga for Runners @ Hot Pod Yoga Dulwich - 2pm - 3.30pm

Join me for a monthly yoga for runners session at Hot Pod Yoga in West Dulwich, Croxted Road, for a gentle 20 minute jog before heading into the 37-degree-heated pod to explore the many benefits yoga has to offer running recovery & performance.
Next meeting will be Sunday 10th April.
We'll be looking at:
- Injury prevention & muscle recovery
- ITB release
- Core stability & endurance
- Ankle mobility & outer hip strength
- Breathwork pre, during & after running
This is open to beginners to running and yoga alike. The welcome warmth should feel good & encourage a deeper stretch.
