Yoga for Runners Workshops Series SE5 - 13th October onwards
Join me for a 4-week course exploring the many benefits yoga has on improving running performance.
Saturdays 10am - 11.30am 23rd October to 13th November, we'll be meeting at Carnegie Library & enjoying a warm-up and gentle jog, before heading into Carnegie Library for up to an hour's yoga.

- Ankle mobility & outer hip strength
- Breathwork pre, during & after running
- Mental stamina

Excitingly i'll also be hosting a free run club on the Tuesday evenings before at 7pm in partnership with Camberwell physio clinic, Support & Sustain.
They'll be providing a free 20-min session on warming up & injury prevention, before enjoying a gentle 20-min jog around SE5.
This is open to all! Tuesdays 7pm 19th October to 9th November
