ABOUT ME
Having taught yoga for 8 years across studios & gyms, community & corporate classes, privates & over 150 at once, I now manage the Brixton Hotpod studio whilst offering a season of classes in Ruskin Park from May to October.
As well as completing my 200 hours with Hotpod Yoga, I've begun training with the Shala in West Norwood as part of my 300 hours. I have trained as a breathwork instructor with YOGABODY & The Oxygen Advantage, as well as specialising in teaching yoga to athletes & for sport with Sarah Ramsden & TriYoga.
I am pleased to work with a host of corporate clients bringing a dose of physical & mental wellbeing into the workplace. My clients have included The Information Lab, Improbable, Adyen, Concord Music, Lucky Voice, 21st Club & Berry Brothers.

OFFICE YOGA

Classes are designed to improve mobility & encourage better posture, improve our regulation of the nervous system through various breathing exercises, practice meditation & play with strength & balance whilst reconnecting with the body.
Sessions can be a great way of decompressing from work, getting the team together & improving staff wellbeing & satisfaction.
