As a specialist yoga for sports & athletes instructor I'm passionate to bring the many benefits yoga has to offer running recovery, running performance & injury prevention.

Yoga for Runners classes in Crystal Palace
You can also join me at 7pm on Tuesday evenings at Brown & Green Life in Crystal Palace park for a gentle 20-min jog before 45 minutes of yoga.
The 45-min yoga class after the run will be exploring the importance of ankle mobility, torso stability, lower body flexibility, outer hip strength, core strength breathwork & more.
These sessions are open to all! New runners, new yogis alike.
