Join me for a warm-up & gentle jog around Ruskin Park before enjoying the many benefits yoga has to offer for a better running performance in the Carnegie Library.

I'll also be leading a free 30-min Run-Club on the Tuesday evenings leading up to the workshop.
7pm meeting at the Camberwell physio clinic Support & Sustain.
We'll be treated to a 20-min session on warming up & injury prevention advice, before enjoying a 20-min gentle jog.
