All classes explore some fun warm-up drills & a gentle 20-min jog.
We'll then explore the many benefits yoga has to offer running recovery, running performance & injury prevention.
Ankle mobility, torso stability, lower body flexibility, outer hip strength, core strength breathwork & more.
These sessions are open to all! New runners, new yogis alike.
