Runner's Yoga - Sunday 10th May

Join me at 5pm for a slow vinyasa flow class with a look through some of the yoga poses that are beneficial for a busy running schedule. We'll go deep into the hips and groin, hamstrings and of course a thorough look at releasing ITB tension.

Also open to non-runners!
